The following job opportunities are availalbe at IFC:

• Shelter Team Lead (full-time): We are seeking a full-time team member to promote health and safety in the shelter, provide support to residents in securing housing, and supervise and support shelter staff when the shelter manager is not present. They will be responsible for shelter operations as supervisor on duty, working on-site Saturday-Wednesday, 4pm-12am.

• Community Kitchen Staff (part-time): We are seeking a part-time team member to prep and serve nutritious, hot meals at Community Kitchen. This position will be responsible for light cooking and prepping, coordinating meal service, and clean-up. They will work 20 hours per week, Wednesday-Sunday.

• Resident Advocates (substitute): We are seeking substitute team members to fill in for all shifts (especially overnight) at both shelters - Community House for men and HomeStart for women and families. Resident Advocates generally work a couple shifts per week, attend relevant meetings and trainings, and fill in as needed for available shifts. 

• Facilities Staff (substitute): We are seeking a substitute team member to fill in for facilities staff and complete special projects. Facilities staff clean and maintain IFC's programs and offices and assure that high-traffic areas receive priority attention.
