RSVVP Award-Winning Restaurants
RSVVP (Restaurants Sharing V/5 & V/5 Percent) is an annual fund-raising event that asks participating restaurants to donate 10% of their gross receipts on RSVVP Day to the IFC’s hunger-relief programs: the Community Kitchen and Food Pantry.
The 2014 RSVVP event, to be held on Tuesday, November 11th, includes dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This will be the 26th year of this important and popular fund-raising project for Chapel Hill-Carrboro.Congratulations to the following restaurants who received awards this year for their faithful participation in RSVVP: Squid's (20 years), The Daily Grind Espresso Cafe (15 years), Open Eye Café (15 years), Weaver Street Market - Southern Village (10 years) and Jersey Mike's - Elliott Rd (10 years).
